물 분무 회전식 살균 레토르트는 회전체의 회전을 이용하여 내용물이 포장 내부로 흐르도록 합니다. 열 교환기에 의해 가열 및 냉각되므로 증기와 냉각수가 제품을 오염시키지 않으며 수처리 약품이 필요하지 않습니다. 공정수는 워터펌프와 레토르트에 분포된 노즐을 통해 제품에 분사되어 살균 목적을 달성합니다. 정확한 온도 및 압력 제어는 다양한 포장 제품에 적합할 수 있습니다.

레토르트는 GB150-2011 <강철 압력 용기 제조 표준>의 요구 사항에 따라 설계 및 생산됩니다. DTS는 ISO9001, ISO14001 시스템 인증을 통과했으며 미국 ASME는 물론 SGS, TUV, BV, EAC 등급도 통과했습니다.
